A Beautiful Retreat with Helpful Staff

The spacious room featured a good shower that opened to an outdoor courtyard. The staff, especially Gabriel, were cute and knowledgeable. Breakfast was made to order, including delicious eggs, and the tranquil garden was perfect for winding down. Just a heads up, our laundry bill was unexpectedly high, so be cautious if you decide to use that service.

The breakfast was great with the chef taking special orders on eggs, all the food was delicious. We had an a double room and it included climate control and a safe box.

I ate at a very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location was best possible, in the centre of the city...

The hotel was close to Ek Balam and Chichen Itza. The courtyard and garden are fine, and the breakfast is delicious. Definitely recommend the chorizo and eggs! Maria Jose and the team provided very nice service throughout our visit.

Posada san juan has a great location, just a short walk to the city center. The beautifully renovated building features a lovely garden and a relaxing pool area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. We enjoyed some fantastic treatments at the onsite spa!

Cool unit with a great decor, super staff at all times. Lovely bed and marvellous location close to the centre. Near shopping and Eateries around the town square, the many sights in-and-around Valladolid and friendly easy Valladolid.

We had a lovely big bedroom. Competent staff of the hotel at all times. Location: the venue was not far from the main town square, the best cenotes, and the monastery. Popped in Condesa Cocina Bar for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The breakfast area could get a bit crowded in the mornings (be prepared! ). The vibrant courtyard was a lovely place to relax, and the staff were super helpful with recommendations! Also, the pool area was a great spot to cool off after exploring all day.

This place was a great match for a short break in Valladolid, offering good value for the price. The beautiful garden with a pool provided a nice escape after a day of exploring. Make sure to try the breakfast, it's quite good!

The hotel's colonial architecture was fine, with airy high ceilings and lush gardens. The common areas provided plenty of seating. Such a charming and cute atmosphere!

More accessible seating near the pool would be nice.

I had a great time here, especially enjoying the beautiful tile floor in my room and the excellent shower that was truly refreshing. The poolside area provided a peaceful spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The only thing I found slightly lacking was the limited breakfast options on some days, but everything else made my stay lovely! 😊

Charming room, cute staff, the comfortable breakfast omelettes and fresh granola made our stay nice, alongside the refreshing outdoor swimming pool perfect, just a short walk from the bus station.

The cozy ambiance of the garden with colorful flowers was magical 🌺 Breakfast was delicious, especially the tropical fruits, but our room was a bit noisy due to breakfast prep.

The room was spacious and super clean, a plus. We had two big double beds and even a hammock. The bathroom was decent too. The air conditioning worked well, and the natural light was great. You could tell they really care about keeping everything looking nice. A comfy space.

We had an incredible night with spacious rooms overlooking the beautiful pool, and the cocktails by the garden were the best part! The breakfast, especially the chorizo and eggs, was unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again!
